Delete your account in the game
- Open Settings → Other.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is scheduled for deletion and erased after 14 days. During this period you can restore it: open the game and tap Restore account on the screen that appears.
Subscriptions are billed by the store, not by us. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings — deleting your account does not stop the charges.
If you cannot access the game
Write to support@astralia.xyz from the email address linked to your account, and we will process your request manually.
What is deleted
- Profile, progress, level and statistics
- Items, inventory, home and currencies
- Mail, clan membership and chat channel membership
- Sign-in data and sessions
What is kept
- Purchase and payment records, in anonymised form, for accounting and tax obligations
- Moderation and audit records, to protect other players
- Chat and battle history of other players, where your name is replaced with an anonymous placeholder
